Primary Schools Co-ordinator strengthening implementation

At MPF, our journey with schools is ever-evolving as we work to ensure all children have the conditions and opportunities to succeed in learning. We've discovered that transformative change happens when schools join forces—sharing insights, overcoming challenges, and multiplying successes as a united cluster. This year, a significant milestone has been the appointment of Nicole Esler as our Primary Schools Improvement Coordinator.

Nicole has firsthand experience as Literacy Lead at Tyabb Railway Station Primary School for the last three years. Nicole collaborated with Principal Emma Slater and dedicated staff, and knows the power of a united approach to educational reform.

Every school, while unique in its journey toward implementing the science of learning, follows a shared pathway that fuels progress. Nicole is working closely with each school addressing their needs and bringing the schools together strengthening the cluster.

The results the children are achieving are the main driver of this work. Classroom teachers are seeing improvements every day and know that sustained focus is needed to ensure optimal outcomes for every child. Nicole’s support and guidance is integral to their success.
